Martin Kenney & Co., Solicitors is looking for a Financial Analyst or Forensic Accountant to join the Investigations Unit of our firm. 

The job title would be Financial Analyst and would involve the following duties:

• analyzing financial data and creating models to support the making of decisions or drawing conclusions

• reporting on financial performance to internal and outside stakeholders

• working closely with the forensic accounting and fraud and asset recovery investigations teams in Sao Paulo to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support

• providing analysis trend reports and forecasts; recommending actions for optimal asset recovery case management.

The successful applicant will report to the Managing Director of MKS’s Investigations Unit. 

The successful candidate will have 15 + years of business finance experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or Fraud Investigations.

Familiarity with onshore/offshore companies and structures in necessary, along with high proficiency in understanding/interpreting financial reporting/statements and AML regulations . The preference is for a Portuguese or Spanish speaker.
