ASSET TRACING AND THE FIGHT AGAINST ACQUISITIVE CRIMES
Martin Kenney will be speaking at the sixth International Asset Tracing Seminar in Brasília, Brazil, next week, featuring some of the world’s leading national and international experts in combating financial and tax fraud.
The event is being hosted by the Brazilian Institute of Asset Tracing (IBRA), in collaboration with the National Council of the Public Prosecutor’s Office (CNMP), and is being sponsored by Martin Kenney & Co (MKS).
Martin will speak on the first seminar of the day, taking place on 4th November at the the Public Ministry National Council.
The seminar will consist of six panels focusing on current developments in the field. Representatives from major jurisdictions worldwide will discuss best practices and share insights on legislation and investigative mechanisms designed to combat fraud and corruption.
The event will also feature participation from members of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), as well as judges from Bankruptcy and Insolvency Courts, public prosecutors, and prominent lawyers.
